Biotech Bootcamp - An intensive journey for future biotech leaders
The Biotech Bootcamp is an integral part of the www.1health.ro incubator development roadmap, designed to build a robust pipeline of innovative biotech startups ready to contribute to the incubator’s vision. It serves as an early-stage program to identify, nurture, and prepare startups for incubation and eventual scaling within the broader ecosystem.
Provide foundational knowledge, mentorship, and resources to early-stage biotech startups.
Support teams in developing prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
Prepare selected startups for operational readiness in Timișoara post-bootcamp.
Foster collaborations with local biotech institutions and stakeholders.
Upcoming events
An online curriculum covering biotech fundamentals, prototyping, regulations, and funding. Teams will submit assignments, prototype blueprints, and pitch decks. High-potential teams will be selected for Phase 2 based on infrastructure needs and willingness to develop in Timișoara.
Hands-on prototype development and validation workshops. Finalized business models and operational roadmaps for these teams. Demo Day to present prototypes to investors and stakeholders.
