Teodora is a London-based researcher who advocates for the introduction of technology, metaverse and artificial intelligence in healthcare, particularly in the area of in vitro fertilisation.
After graduating from University College London (UCL), Teodora continued her research work at the same institution, focusing on the genetics of the pre-implantation phase of the in vitro fertilisation process and the introduction of artificial intelligence into the process of creating a “new generation of babies”. She is also a member of a programme teaching personalised medicine and new therapies to master’s students, and is among the first people in the world to lecture using metaverse, supporting the digitisation of health.
Teodora is passionate to inspire students, especially young girls to pursue a career in bioscience and to overcome stereotypes. She organises events around the world, where she connects students with scientists, entrepreneurs and specialists in different fields.
